Today, we're going to tell about airport operator over Indonesia. In Indonesia there are two majors airport operator which is included state-owned enterprise of Indonesia those are Angkasa Pura I(one) and Angkasa Pura ll(two). Those airport operator are very monopolistic over Indonesia's airport, Angkasa Pura I is commonly controlling over ariport in the eastern Indonesia, such as Ngurah Rai International airport of Bali island, while Angkasa Pura ll is controlling over western Indonesia airport such as Soekarno-Hatta International airport of Jakarta.

Ther is no private company yet plays on this field, except for the private airport for some company which is building airport for business access such as in mining fields and something like that. Those airport operator are very dominant over Indonesia's airport, sometimes government giving signals to attract private investor to be airport operator, moreover along Indonesia's economy currently being growing faster among G20 countries.

One of  the private company is actually taking part in Borneo island in building new airport of Samarinda city as capital of East Borneo Province. The company itself is part of Bakrie group as one of the biggest conglomerate in Indonesia, yet time goes by the news is disappear without any signal to be implemented.

So until now, those airport operator are the still the main major players over Indonesia's airport. Along Indonseia's economy is growing, Indonesian government through those airport company plan to build the 15 new airport to support and spread economy development over Indonesia. Yet the unlimited of fund is still major barrier for government to to develop or to build the new airport over Indonesia.
